StarCharts is a program designed to help children take a more active part in household chores. It provides children with daily, visible reminders of what they are expected to do and helps motivate them to do it. Charts can be set up for each child that shows the tasks/behaviors to be accomplished for the current week. A predefined set of symbols is provided to represent many common household chores. Tasks orbehaviors for which there are no symbols can be defined as text. Another set of symbols is provided to represent assignments or rewards/penalties. Reward/penalty symbols can be tied to a point or monetary system to provide incentives. A daily notes feature is also provided. Recommended for children ages 2-12.
