Cash Gauge software helps controllers forecast cash flow more precisely and quickly. It imports current receivables and payables from any accounting system and projects payment dates by day, week or month using average days to pay or due date. Then you can drag and drop payments on Cash Gauges forecast screen by invoice, customer/vendor or category to get a real-world forecast. When finished with all your adjustments to Cash Gauge's projections, save that forecast and export it to an Excel spreadsheet for internal presentation purposes. Return to Cash Gauge to easily modify a copy of that forecast as a different scenario, reflecting more optimistic or pessimistic assumptions. If you need to prepare detailed cash forecasts, Cash Gauge can save you hours per month and give you a cash forecast you can be confident in.
