There is an evaluation demo of TSM on our website. For this reason, ourrefund policy is restricted to replacement of goods damaged in shipment only.

Once our software is downloaded, or is shipped to your premises, it is considered to be 'Opened'. It is part of our refund policy that all Opened Software cannot be returned for refund, regardless of the delivery method.
