Adhaero Desk is a transparent desktop access control security program that allows you to configure your desktop so that you can protect your personal files as well as preventing other users from making changes to the desktop. It uses a operating system level device driver to strongly secure all desktop items ensuring the protection of your personal data and your system. How Adhaero Desk Features:- Prevention of loss or changes to your personal files including system files
- Preventing any changes to the desktop properties
- Prevention of installation of unauthorised applications such as games from the Internet or CD-ROM, etc
- Application control - can prevent certain users from running applications
- Anti Virus facility, prevents infection by stopping .vbs and .exe type viruses
- Prevention of downloading of images from the Internet
Adhaero Desk allows you to protect the following through a simple interface:- Files (including system files)
- Folders
- Applications
- Drives (Hard Drive, CD-ROM, Floppy)
- Desktop settings such as background, shortcuts, screensaver, settings, etc
- MS-DOS
- Registry settings
Adhaero Desk has an interface that represents all desktop items. From this interface you can totally configure your PC so that you have ultimate control over who does what. You as the administrator can, of course, access everything.
