Magic Multidimensional Clipboard is a very effective and useful office tool, It will greatly facilitate users to operate Clipboard, improve working efficiency and reduce working time. For windows systems (include win9X, winme, winnt, win2000, winxp and win2003), there are only one Clipboard, which support all kinds of Clipboard resources, such as textPicturefile and so on. But only one kind of Clipboard data can be kept each time , for example, if text data was kept in Clipboard, the Picture data can not be saved into Clipboard, So do the file data. Similarly, if Picture data was kept in Clipboard, other kinds of Clipboard data can not be putted into Clipboard, if user do so, the old data in Clipboard will be lost. The MMC solves these Clipboard troubles. It creates the idea of "Universal Clipboard", and creates 10 Universal Clipboard and 2000 text Clipboard. Each universal Clipboard can support any kinds and any more Clipboard data at the same time, include text, Picture, file and so on, a function different from the Clipboard of Windows, (only one kind of Clipboard data in it each time ). Data in every universal Clipboard can be pasted to any applications. The data putted into the universal Clipboard will keep effective until same kind of data was putted into the same universal Clipboard, which is different from the Clipboard of Windows (old Clipboard data was often destroyed by the "copy" operations, even the user is copying different kinds of data into Windows Clipboard. Usually, 10 Universal Clipboard will meet any requirements of users. MMC also provides 2000 text Clipboard, each text Clipboard can keep arbitrary long text data, and these text data can be pasted into arbitrary text edit tools. MMC will facilitate users greatly to manage/edit these text data. Users can sort these data according to id number/length/content and edit/update these text data at the same time. MMC even can support any future data types, because MMC is fundamental and apparent to all application programs. Not like what you have to do before, copy one block data and change to the object application and paste it, change back to html page and copy the one other block data and change to the object application and paste it again......., The new function will greatly fasten the speed of copy & paste, shorten working time. Copy multi-type data once and paste themFor example, you can copy text data into a Universal Clipboard first, and copy Picture data into it, and copy file data into it too, after doing these, you can paste test data in text-editing tool, paste Picture in image-editing tool and paste file in explorer. Copy multi files once and paste themFor example, you can copy file a1, a2 and a3 in directory A into the first Universal Clipboard first, then you can copy file b1, b2, b3, b4, b5 in directory B into the second Universal Clipboard, and you can copy file c1, c2 in directory C into the third Universal Clipboard, you can fill at most 10 Universal Clipboards, then you can change to the object explorer, choose any universal Clipboard to paste, first you can paste the file c1, c2 in universal Clipboard 3 to object directory 1, and paste the file b1, b2, b3, b4, b5 in universal Clipboard 2 to object directory 2, and so on. and that all the data will be kept in universal Clipboards until new file data was copied into the same universal Clipboard. Copy multi-type and multi-block data once and paste them.It is a combination of above functions.
