Easy Rest Break 1.12

If you spend all day working on a computer, it is easy to become fatigued and tired. There is also some evidence to suggest that sitting at a computer for hours on end can cause fatal blood clots. Rest Break sits quietly in the system tray and at the specified interval reminds you to take a break. Rest break uses a Smart Timer that resets itself when it detects that you are not at your computer. * The user can determines how often to have a rest break. * The user can determines how long each rest break should be. * Select your own sound file to play when its time for a break. * Optional Smart Timer detects when you are not working on your PC, and resets the work timer. * Random images displayed when its time for a break. * Optional audible alert 10 seconds before a break commences. * Option to force user to have a break - The Rest Break window cannot be closed when this option is set. * Option to defer the break for a few minutes. If you are in the middle of something this lets you keep working, but doesn't let you forget to take a break. * Captures the mouse, and disables the ALT-CTL-DEL key and ALT-TAB keys if a break is compulsory. This way the user must wait for the break to end. Note - The compulsory break is an option, and is not mandatory * Starts automatically with Windows. You don't need to start the application manually each day. * Exit application by selecting File-Exit on the application menu. Built-in checks to eliminate the chance of inadvertently exiting the application when you really want to minimise it to the system tray.
