FullPicture 1.1 - FullPicture is a full screen image viewer and tabbed browser for Windows. The FullPicture Viewer features a translucent interface that blends itself into the background. With the Viewer you can zoom images, rotate them, start a slide show, or change your wallpaper. The FullPicture Browser features a tabbed interface that makes it easy to work with multiple folders. With the Browser you can manage all your files, not just your images. One of the more advanced features of the FullPicture Viewer is right-click zooming. With right-click zooming, you can hold down the right-button of your mouse and drag the cursor to the right to zoom in, or drag it to the left to zoom out. Similarly, the FullPicture Browser features a slider that lets you change the size of the thumbnails as frequently as you want.
