Description :

This filter will generate halftone patterns from an image.Size: This slider defines the size of the individual halftone dots.Reducer: This slider reduces the size of the halftone dots while keeping the distances locked.A Trans: This slider controls (in percent) the transparency of the halftone dot over the underlying image.B Trans: This slider controls (in percent) the transparency of the background color over the underlying image.Outline: This slider controls (in percent) the intensity of the outline of the halftone dot using the outline color.Outline and Background Color: These selectors allow you to choose the dot and background colors respectively.R,G,B: Controls which color channels to output.Fill Dots: This option will fill the halftone dots with the outline color.Realtime: Applies all effects (in realtime) on 'mouse drag' instead of on 'mouse release'.

This is the Freeware version.
