The MP3 Expert command line mode has convenience features: the Easy Entry List, just click on the list to enter the commands of your choice and save your entries with My Presets.
WMA 8 bitrate range: 5 to 192 kbps
Wma 9 bitrate range: 5 to 320 kbps
Ogg Vorbis quality range: 0.0 to 10.0 which
equates to approximately 70 to 450 kbps
Settings are automatically saved on exit for all modes.
The encoder functions are powered by the LAME Encoder, version 3.92 MMX, with 2.5 x faster VBR encoding, which is included.
